The hotel offers a unique tent experience that undeniably feels extravagant. This place certainly shines with its aesthetic and poolside ambiance, providing a serene spot to unwind in the sun.

Unfortunately, my stay came with several inconveniences. There was persistent noise from the nearby festivities, making quality sleep almost impossible. The lack of in-room refreshments, with only a single plastic bottle of water provided, feels pretty cheap for a place of this supposed caliber. A musty odor lingered in the room, coupled with limited lounge chairs by the pool, leading to a less than relaxing experience overall. Plus, the menu at the on-site restaurant offered an unsatisfactory selection, yielding average food at exorbitant prices.

Amazing ambiance, amazing breakfast, with a phenomenal spread including fresh juice, pastries, and Moroccan pancakes that made our mornings delightful, all complemented by a warm and attentive staff that truly made us feel welcome during our two-night stay.

Had an amazing 4-night stay in a beautiful Superior Double Room with lovely decor and cozy vibes. The relaxing outdoor pool and soothing massages at the spa were just what I needed to unwind. The only minor issue was that the dinner options could have been more varied, but overall it was a fantastic experience! 😊

The suite had a unique charm, complemented by the expansive gardens that offered a peaceful retreat away from the hustle of the city. the experience was marred by a few drawbacks. the minuscule minibar and the lack of proper in-room amenities left much to be desired. the noise from the nearby staff room disrupted our tranquility, and a missed transfer for my mother further soured the stay. With some improvement, this oasis could be truly exceptional.

the atmosphere at the palais is enchanting, with the staff dressed in pristine white outfits consistently exuding warmth and attentiveness. the breakfast was abundant and varied, featuring homemade delicacies every morning (such a treat! ).

some spa facilities could be improved. 🙁

The architecture was just gorgeous, honestly felt like I was in a dream. The tent we stayed in? Huge and beautiful, felt like royalty! Brekkie was great under the stars, and we had an awesome time playing tennis at the courts. What a jol!

The gym could use a bit of a revamp though, it's a bit dated.

excellent access to marrakesh's best parks and landmarks

during my stay, I loved that the hotel was only 3 km from La Palmeraie, a perfect spot for scenic walks, and just a short walk to the Orientalist Museum of Marrakech which enriched my trip with cultural insights.

Great hotel with free wi-fi, 24-hour security, and a relaxing spa. The staff even helped me find directions to attractions during my first stay. I highly recommend the massage services!
